EXPLANATION:

This sequence of error lights indicates a problem with the projection lamp. Please follow the steps in this article.

Note:

For detailed information on troubleshooting, projector installation and environmental considerations see your product's reference guide, available from the Epson website.

  • Check that the lamp and the lamp cover are securely installed. If they are not, the lamp cannot be powered on.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet and then remove the lamp to check if it is broken. If the lamp is broken, replace it with a new one (be careful to avoid pieces of broken glass) or contact your dealer for further advice. Otherwise, reinstall the lamp.
  • Next, reconnect the power cord and power the projector back on by pressing the Power button on either the projector's control panel or on the remote control.
  • If the indicators still show a problem, stop using the projector, disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet and contact either Epson or your dealer for further advice.
